No connections.

I bought a PS4 on 18 March from the online shop. Tracking the order (already in my town), I saw the parcel has been sent back to the warehouse. After struggling to find out what is going on, eventually found out there was n problem with pricing and they will refund me within that following week. After useless phonecalls, and tons of emails I am STILL waiting for someone to get back to me and refund me! Absolutely never using the again.
