no connection......

Really unfortunate that I must give a star! Really poor service. Last week 20Feb I was at the store for my 4th time over two weeks. First three times the system was offline and by the third they took my number and would have called me to say that they are online but to date I haven't heard anything from them. The 4th time last week when I went there the pc was broken. I left a comment on "incredible connection's" site to say that I was disappointed with there service and got an automated response to say someone will make contact with me and now one week later still nothing. I really wonder how many clients have had to deal with such bad service. Surely the name "incredible connection" are not being honored by the service.
