No client support

Worst service ever. Bought an xbox from them, needles to say they give you a letter stating they do not deal with Microsoft. But fail to inform you that they do not give customer support or proper assistance when a problem is encountered. Well item bought in store vaal mall. In August 2020 my controller burnt and product is still under shop warrentee and garentee. Do not even have to say you get told immidiatly the do not deal with Microsoft but sells the product??? Does not make sense but anyway get told i must contact xbox support. 1week later still no joy of getting in touch with xbox support and Increadible corryption refuses assistance. I phoned them and yes blew a fuse and started yelling and insulting after promises i was made in store gets twisted and turned like they want overthe phone and the customer is made a ****. So i promised i will go to social media and hello peter as my right as a customer is being ignored and they are trying to derail the law by having a paper saying they do not dealwith Microsoft but then they sell thee items. Does not work in my books.
