No after sales service!!

Very poor after sales service. I bought a MI stick from them on the Friday. I got home and the stick just rebooted all the time. I took it back, only for the sales person say there is nothing wrong. Then when I got home, same issue. I went back again (30+km) and this time the technician admitted faulty software. He did a reset and said it is working now. I got home and after a short time, it went into reboot loop again. I took a video and send it to the sales person. They then took the item and said they will refund. They did not want to refund to my card. This was early on Monday morning. By Tuesday late afternoon, the refund was still not done. I phoned them, and they said they do not have cash to deposit the refund into my bank account. What happened to eft?? Now whenever they decide to refund into my bank account, I will have to pay fees too. The manager does not even want to talk to me. Somerset Mall branch will never see me ever again!
