NICOLWAY- INCREDIBLE CONNECTION POOR SERVICE

I would like to formally complain about the Nicolway store, for poor service. To date, I have not received my Huawei mofi modem back after I had to return it for service. I have to go in and out of the store 4x and the manager, I have tweeted and nothing has been done. The store is doing nothing to lesson the inconvenience, I can't get a refund or exchange. NEVER GO TO NICOLWAY BRANCH OR EVEN THIS STORE.
