New printer not working taking way to long to sot out

Bought a brand new printer on the 17th of September. And it stopped working within 3 weeks. By 10 Oktober when I took it in, they just said it needs to be sent to the supplier, this will take 21 days.

What do I need to do without a printer for 21days? No possible lending printer or assistance with printing... After 5 days I followed up and it was just picked up to go to the supplier. We are 6 days further and not even any feedback was received.

Why does it take so long to test a new printer that do not work? If it is new and don't work I do not want a repaired printer, I want it replaced....

Sort it out with the supplier and do it soon....
