NEVER SHOP AT GATEWAY INCREDIBLE CONNECTION

Waited over 4 hours to get my cell phone contract sorted. I ended up leaving the mall. I got a call stating the paperwork was all sorted and to come back. It was far too late as I had already wasted 4 hours. I informed the sales agent I will be there at 9 am sharp and would sign and collect, also reiterated I am a doctor and time was of the essence. I get there at 9 am. It took over 45 min to get things moving to a point where I had to escalate to a supervisor. Then I was promised to get an invoice emailed as I needed this for my INSURANCE. Guess what no email. I am reporting INCREDIBLE CONNECTION to the ICASA and any other consumer Ombud as if my phones gets damaged whilst awaiting for the insurance it will be your fault!
