Never received my TV! Poor service ever with rude customer service consultants

I bought a TV, Soundbar and TV mount online on the 29th of November, and I only received the tv mount and Soundbar on the 3rd December. The tv has never been delivered and its on the 10th of December. I called on the 9th of December and they referred my complaint to Hi-fi corporation because they say they work together. I then instructed them either they refund me or give me a TV from Hi-fi corporation, the lady proceeded with a refund which they say it will take more 5 days as it is my problem for the delay. I hate incredible connection service, they do not respect their customers!
