Never purchase anything from Incredible connection

My mother bought 3 tv’s from incredible connection online. The website stated that the tv’s was in stock and that delivery will be made in 2 - 5 days. After 5 days there were no delivery. My mother called them and they advised that the courier company tried to get hold of her to arrange delivery but it seemed as if they had the incorrect telephone number. THIS WAS A LIE!!! Two days later when she called again they advised that there are no stock so she requested a refund. Which they didn’t do. On the website it states that a refund was made but she didn’t receive the money. Even after a letter of demand was sent to them she still haven’t received her money.
