Never order online from Incredible Connection

Online store deliveries are shocking, if I could select zero stars I would, order placed on the 29th Nov, still no delivery at COB 6th Dec, feedback loop to client is pathetic - I don't think I will see my TV any time soon, yet they have taken my money, after a promised ETA of 2 - 5 working days, so is it theft / ***** at this point? Money paid but no goods
