Never Order Online From Incredible Connection.

Ordered an product online on 01/12/18, paid in full minutes after. My order was moved to "payment received" and has not moved since, the stock has not even been reserved.

The only contact I have had is through the multiple calls, emails and chat messages I have send/initiated where I keep being told by the friendly staff that they will "escalate my issue", after which I hear nothing yet again. The only time I heard back was when I requested a refund, as well as interest lost and bank charges, during which I was promised a follow up call that never occurred.

I was promised 2 - 8 day shipping probably should have checked the fine print for infinite wait time on reserving stock. By the time it eventually arrives my place of work will have closed and there will be nobody around to receive it.

Considering I regularly purchase computer components online I would advise never giving your business to this sham of a company, Other online I.T. retailers (not sure if I am allowed to name them here) have impeccable service delivery, better prices and the best support staff I have ever dealt with.

Big retailers like this need to learn that they can't just throw excuses at their customers when they are too lazy/*********** to do their job.
