Never ever buy anything online from them very UNRELIABLE AND NOT INCREDIBLE as they should

I bought items on the 25th February 2024 and on the 28th I received an email that my products are on the way. I am writing this review with no order delivered after so many follow ups on their WhatsApp line and being promised it will be delivered today before 7pm.
