Never ever buy anything on credit through them

Bought a laptop on credit through incredible connection and set up a debit order process. Their "third party" accounting team completely ignores or set debit order date and forces you into arrears or they just decide to double debit order you.

Worst company I've either given my bank details to. Trying to find to get out of my contract with them but they say they don't deal with the finances I must somehow do it through their affiliated financial company and it's not their problem
