Never buy online from Incredible Connection. I returned a faulty UPS at their Pavillion branch in Durban on 9 Dec 2022 en they agreed to make a refund. It is now 19 Jan 2023 and I have to make one call after another and is still waiting for my money. This is the worst online shopping experience I ever had.
