NEVER BUY HERE ONLINE

If you are buying anything online through incredible connection I STRONGLY suggest you first go look if it’s available on takealot. Incredible connection says 2-5 working days for delivery. I ordered a gift for someone on Sunday (16 october) and I wanted to give it to them on saturday (22 October). Which is after 5 working days already. It is now Friday evening the parcel has not arrived. I have sent complaints to incredible connection TWICE and still no psckage arrived, where as with takealot it would have came on monday the 17th. I only bought it from here due to a special but now I cannot give my gift in time and wish I rather bought it from takealot for a few bucks extra. Absolute terrible service, will never buy anything from this company online again.
