NEVER BUY FROM INCREDIBLE CONNECTION

Purchased Laptop cash on the 14th Jan 2015. Took back in the 1 Feb 2015. Key was returned by the technical department. I must now accept a laptop that starts its issues after 15 days. I would like a new closed model or money back. This is not what ICC feels is appropriate. I feel that after 15 days there are issues, it is the start of things to come.
