Never again. Lesson learned.

Wow was I in for a lesson with this experience. I should have come here first. So I am taking the time to write this review in the hopes that someone else doesn't make the same mistake.

My first (and subsequently LAST EVER) purchase from incredible connection is the above link. This is the review I submitted to their website but I doubt it will make it to their webpage as it has no other reviews so far (wonder why ....)

No clear "what's in the box" specifications led me to getting a late delivery and a ********** experience with their courier partner CourierIT.

I now have exactly what's listed on this page except: It came with two CDs and CLEARLY says "no optical drive" It came with a psu AND NO POWER CABLE It has no WiFi adapter (again, not listed on the webpage... Should have known better) so now I'm stuck with using ethernet until I sort out the WiFi card myself AND the customer service experience was subpar. I will have to write a separate review of the atrocious service I got from CourierIt but just know you will have two fold woes when dealing with this ecommerce platform for your PC needs. If you are looking to start your PC journey, I HIGHLY recommend you look elsewhere. I sure will.
