Negligible service at Vaal Mall

<p>On 8 June I walked into the Vaal Mall to buy an office telephone. A slouching fellow approached me and asked if he could help. I explained exactly the model I was looking for (listed on the website). The fellow proceeded to look walk past each shelf looking into it. At the last shelf he stood in front of the telephones, and told me that he cannot find it. I showed him the phones, and said I was looking for the triple set (there were only single units on the shelf). He said he would find out. After a while (during which he just walked away and back) he asked me again if he could help me. I reminded him again what I was looking for. He just said that they did not have it in stock.</p> <p>This was remarkably poor service with zero effort or knowledge or even consideration for the customer.</p> <p>I will avoid Incredible Connection's Vaal Mall Branch in future.</p>
