need to pay my acc off

I bought a camera on credit 18 months ago. I now want to settle this account by paying the remaining balance off and closing the account. However, the Sandton branch (where I opened the account and purchased the product) says that the Hi Finance office is no longer based there and I must go to a Hi Fi Corporation store. So I do that . I went to the Hi Fi Corp in Fourways and they tell .e that I can't pay my account off there and I must go to Incredible Connection to pay my account off. Now I don't know what to do. I really need to close this account but it seems like Hi Finance or Incredible Connection doesn't want my money.
