Name should change to Disgusting Connection not Incredible!!!!

I ordered a laptop online order number: *** on 24 June 2020. After numerous calls to the helpline, no one can tell me where my unit is. Why am I calling can they not see that this outstanding on their side?

Unprofessional and you cannot call anyone directly - what the hell is going on!!!!

What makes it worse is that my wife ordered the same item 5 mins before me and her one was delivered already.

Shocked on the non-service delivery!!!!
