N1 City incredible connection

Bought a 3d printer shipped from the N1 city branch. Noticed I ordered the incorrect model and called the store and the head office. Both said returns/exchange can be done. N1 city initially could not assist me as the sales person did not have the knowledge. The manager contacted me and advised they will arrange everything. Still no feedback, cannot get a hold of the store Truly upsetting
