Mystery of the Missing Phone

Most appalling service ever! I ordered a phone almost two weeks ago and it has still not arrived! Incredible Connection has the POOREST customer service ever! You can't find a single person who is able to help you track your order. I have to make SEVERAL phone calls to track my order. Only to find out the store gave my order to the wrong courier service!!! Thanks to FedEx, I seem to be getting some answers. When the FedEx driver went to collect my package, the store informed them that they gave the package to the wrong courier the previous day. When I spoke to the store manager, Peter, in Secunda, all he could say was the phone was collected and his store was not to blame. So who's to blame?? The phone is missing and it's been 12 days already. This is nonsense. I will NEVER support Incredible Connections again. Most pathetic store ever!
