My TV broke, I called incredible connections Vaal mall branch. They referred me to the technician. The technician couldn’t give me a proper figure on how much it will cost to fix my tv, he had to ask me how much my tv was and then told me it will cost the same amount to fix the screen. The tv is still new and under warranty. When I asked why the warranty could not fix the tv, the technician told me the T&C’s state boldly that they do not cover tv which screens are damaged. I requested for that T&C so I can go through it and the only document I was sent was what happens if I decide to fix the tv with them. The price
