My experience at Incredible Connection in Paarl Mall was absolutely unacceptable

My experience at Incredible Connection in Paarl Mall was absolutely unacceptable. I was assisted by a staff member named Wallace, whose attitude was rude and dismissive from the start. He clearly had no interest in helping customers and seemed more focused on avoiding any real work. After I raised a concern about a faulty product I had just purchased, Wallace shrugged it off and made no effort to assist. When I asked to escalate the issue or speak to someone more senior, his exact words were: "Nothing will happen to me, I know people." That level of arrogance is beyond unprofessional, and it made it clear that customer service is not a priority at this branch. It's deeply frustrating to spend good money only to be treated like a nuisance. Incredible Connection seriously needs to re-evaluate who they allow to represent their brand. I won’t be returning, and I’ll be warning others to stay away.
