Incredible connection vaal mall has bad service, I went on 20th of December to buy the skyworth 32 smart TV with my son. Then we could not because we did not have tv license. I asked them to keep the tv as my son really wanted it, they then assured me that they will keep the tv. When I went the following day with my husband the tv was sold.

If I was told that they couldn't I wouldn't have made efforts to drive and leave everything I was doing.

We asked for the manager his name is Mr Matsemela Lerata, we called other store to find out if there was any and it happened they don't have. The tv was R3300 at incredible connection, he then called HiFi Corp in the Vaal at President Hyper and told us they have the tv with the same price. We then drove there, when we arrived they told us the tv is R3999.

This is so heartbreaking as a customer, and poor customer service. I budgeted R3300, then also used my petrol.

If I was told they can't keep the tv I wouldn't have drove to incredible connection vaal mall, still if I was told the truth about the price at Hifi Corp I wouldn't have drove there and wasted my time, petrol and now added R700.
