We bought an HP printer at Incredible Connection in September 2024, This was in Boksburg branch I251 0r I215 the branch is next to the Big MR Price Home in Boksburg, I do not have the box anymore and I cannot find the slip because my husband Gary Heidtmann bought as a birthday present in 2024. My print do not want to print anymore and I try to took it in today, but the RUDE staff refuse to help me with out a slip; I feel their customer service stinks and they did not even try to help me. Now I am sitting with a printer HP smart desk that I cannot use and I need it for my business. I am losing money because I cannot print quotes or invoices. The staff was on the phone at the customer service department and did not even great me, there was 3 ladies behind the desk and was talking to each other and not helping me, I told them I will call Mr Ashley Krestman and they just laugh and said I can do so
