Most pathetic service and products!!

I purchased a Mecer laptop from them in 2022, the battery gave problems from the start,i logged a complaint online cause i could not register for the 3year warranty but not one person came back to me,i went to see the technician at their shop in Centurion Mall cause now the battery is swollen and its not even 18months old,he said i must email all details to him and he will assist me,3weeks later and i have not had any reply from him!! I will Never buy anything thing from them ever again! Most pathetic service i have ever had! STAY away from them
