most pathetic online service ever

<p>I actually thought that buying online is much better than having yo deal with the madness in stores on black friday, but incredible connections just showed me how pathetic there online service is.Placed an order online for a Sansui smart tv only to be told that no 1 can pick my order up. like *** SERVICE IS THIS........they cant even pick up the order in stores. I feel its unfair having to pay the normal price for an item that was confirmed as a successful order</p>
