More like uncredible connection!

I have never experienced such terrible product quality and service at incredible connection.

4 months ago we purchased a new battery for our maceer UPS. An Oliter battery at their recommendation. We did not make use of the battery over December therefore it was on and in use for approximately 2 months and a few days.

Literally a week or so after the provided 3 month warranty on the battery, it stopped working. We took it in to incredible connection Stellenbosch, where it was purchased, where they said no problem at all, they will take care of it and they’ve never experienced this issue before. now, a month later we had heard nothing from them, so I went into the store to get an update, and they just decided to wash their hands of responsibility as it was a few days after warranty that this occurred. Over and above the fact that the staff said they had emailed feedback but couldn’t produce proof of feedback provided to us, so they obviously **** and to top it off they were completely unhelpful and full of attitude in the situation and tried to mansplain to me how a battery works.

This is unacceptable and I am shocked at the service, quality of products and the fact that no responsibility is taken at incredible connection.

I would like a senior representative to contact me to resolve the issue of this poor quality product form Mustek and poor quality of service from incredible connection Stellenbosch.
