Missleading Customers

The serivice is very bad i bought a router on the online store and the discription of the product was different to the one i got when i went to go collect my product it told me the router took a simcard but then when i got there the product did not do what the website siad it does the store i colletedd it by was canal walk and the stuff there did not do anything to check the website or aplogize to me about it
