Missing item

I recently placed an online order for Blackview Tab 12 . Upon recieving my order 5 days later when i opened the box there no tablet inside . I tried contacting the store from which my order picked from (Incredible Connection Bloemfontien) i have been liasing with the store person Audrey . She has been very unhelpful. Each time i tried calling she just confirms that she is awaiting feedback . Its been almost 24hours and still no feedback . I used the whatsapp robot services which is absolutely useless. Someone has ****** my tablet and i need it replaced asap.
