Missing games

I purchased a xbox one bundle which includes fifa 18, tomb raider and a control. The order shipped out pretty fast however the games were not sent, I was told that the Fourways store sent it out and I need to call them however when I called them I was told that it was sent from a different store and they could not find it. Now I need to wait for a complaint and wait until the games ships out as I am in CPT. Its pointless sending the order out super fast but not having all the items in the order.
