Missing From Order

<p>So i was one of the few who scored the R2999 Xbox one deal with Fifa 17 + 2 controllers but guess what no extra controller arrived,everything else is there but the extra controller. The packaging slip clearly states the controller on the item list, like come on! how can you miss that? I am not one to complain inmmediately so i called up the helpline only to be told someone will call me back in 2 or 3 hours and yup no call came from them resulting in me posting this situation here.
