Misrepresentation & mismanagement - Incredible Connection online store

Wish I'd read recent Facebook page comments before placing and paying for my order. There are lots of complaints of people waiting more than 2 weeks for deliveries that are supposed to be honoured in 2 - 5 days. The Track My Order facility on the website does not work so I've no way of knowing if they've bunged the order completely or sent it to the wrong place. I wonder for how long this facility hasn't worked on the site without Incredible Connection bothering to a) let customers know and b) fix it. The company has my money, and i have nothing to show for it. Not a positive first-time experience with their online store.
