Misleading or incorrect product listings on Incredible Connection Website

<p>I placed an order on Incredible Connection's online store. for some small products which I had assumed were on a clearance sale. The description clearly indicated that there were multiples of each item included in a box.</p> <p>-</p> <p>When the items were readdy for collection, I contacted the store to confirm that they were aware of exactly what was on offer. They told me that as far as they were aware, they were only to supply single items of each product. I mentioned that the listing on the Incredible connection website clearly indicated in multiple areas that there were multiples of each item included.</p> <p> </p> <p>At first I was told that this was just a product code, but after explaining exactly what the website listings described and pictured, I was told that they're unable to see what was on the website and that they'll have escalate it to the online store to confirm what they are required to do in this situation.</p> <p>-</p> <p>I was supposed to have received feedback today, and I'm still waiting on a response.</p> <p>I have printouts, digital and online cached copies of each of the listings should that be required, however as of now, both listings are still active on the Incredible Connection website.</p> <p>-</p> <p>Please advise.</p> <p>-</p> <p>Thanks.</p>
