Misleading information about delivery

I bought an item last week Tuesday and I have been worried that it might not be delivered on time. I asked them using online chat and Tony and Brandon kept on saying I should be receiving it during the day of the which it never happened. Then I called the call Centre the lady that answered the phone hsaid I might receive it next week. My frustration is that when you order it’s says you will get your item within 2-5 days. Why they mislead me when I asked when am I going to receive my order. Tony and Brandon **** to me. I am very upset about the wrong information that they gave me. I will never buy from this shop again and will make sure to tell the people I know about my experience.f
