MISLEADING ADVERTISING / ILL EQUIPPED STAFF
I recently called the Incredible Connection Menlyn to enquire about the free Windows 10 upgrade on my Pc which I bought February 2015. No answer. So i decided to visit the store myself. There i was informed that I must pay R499 for the upgrade, while it is advertised as free. This is ridiculous and intentionally misleading alternatively the staff is ill equipped to advise its customers.
