MISLEADING ADVERTISING AND FAULTY DEVICE SOLD

I purchased an Iphone 4 while in Port Elizabeth at the Incedible Connection opening day special at Baywest mall which was on the 28th of May 2015 .The white 8 GIG Iphone 4 WAS NOT ADVERTISED AS CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED in the brochure and was priced at R2 499.90 . <br> <br> The plastic covering had a deceptive orange sticker which claimed the phone was an Iphone 4s.<br> <br> The orange sticker also covered the \CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED "text on the box.<br> <br> I checked the details of the packaging when the phone had become slow and unresponsive at times and noticed the CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED \"" text on the box.<br> <br> In less than 2 months of the purchase"
