Misleading account approvals

So I app**** for credit at incredible connection, got approved via sms and in-store for R15000. Gave all my details then suddenly the application is declined for a reason that I do not understand. The disgusting thing is why approve and give your customers false hope only to decline the application at a later stage. You are misleading people and ruining your reputation in the process. I always thought your shop is reputable but clearly not, you have not integrity and disregard your customers. I looked like a fool at festival mall, one minute I was over the moon with joy because of the approval, minute later it's declined. I'm very disappointed in the way you run your business.
