Misdiagnosis On Phone Repairs

To whom this may concern,<br> <br> I brought a liquid damaged phone to incredible connection Sandton City on the 12th of the 8th 2015. According to the Technician who assisted me. the charge for a liquid damaged phone is R450.00 Incl. VAT and i then said to him, if that is the case then please proceed with the diagnosis and add a replacement of the broken front screen/glass which costs about R399.00 incl. VAT when the phone gets fixed. <br> <br> Please note that i hadn't signed any quotation accepting the repair to be done up until the phone could be diagnosed so i know how much in total i'll be paying but for some reason he just went ahead and \partially"fixed the phone. <br> <br> The phone comes on (which i'm supposedly must pay for) but the LCD screen sensor isn't working and to fix that it will cost me an extra R899.00 Incl. VAT. i am very sorry but i am not going to pay that. <br> <br> I would like a manager to contact me and have this issue resolved ASAP as i am not prepared to pay any additional amount on the repair. <br> <br> Regards"
