I bought a Samsung phone at incredible connection in January and 2 week back i took it to the incredible connection because *****gwa told me he will send it to Samsung to check if they will fix it under warrantee to my surprise he called me that they are charging me R1500 i said NO!! NOW THEY WANT ME TO PAY R400 TO GIVE IT BACK TO ME THIS IS REDUCULOUS THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE MONEY OUT OF ME....
