I handed my device in on May the 25th, didn't hear from Incredible or Abacus insurance, I have to call and email to get information regarding my claim. Don't even talk about Abacus insurance- no contact details for them. All the numbers are invalid or does not exist! You ****ming us! No response to my emails either. What is this?
