Incredible connection is running ****s on us watch out. They advertising products they clearly do not have in stock and claim they will deliver in 2 to 5 days, its been 2 week straight since i ordered an iphone from them and the worst part is their customer service, so eventually after realizing they lying about my product being delivered i requested a refund, right after i requested a refund my order tracking status changed to delivered. I was also emailed that i must write my review of the completed order. All i want is my refund like now not later. When you call the stores where am suppose to collect the so called order no one answers, they ignore your calls. Last time i purchase anything from them.

2 weeks been told stock is coming from warehouse till now still nothing.
