Mediocre delivery service - Order number ***

I ordered a product on Monday morning. I received an email that its being ready to be picked up at the warehouse on Monday. On Tuesday it was shipped and that is it. When i check online, its still being shipped.

I followed up yesterday, no progress at all. There is no feedback, no accountability, you just have to wait. They even have the audacity to tell me to follow up today. Delivery takes 2-5 days, today is the fifth day and im told to follow up.

Please dont ever use their delivery option. The service is mediocre.

I should have checked the reviews before i order because a lot of people complain and i experienced it for myself.
