Mediocre customer service

I am beyond frustrated with the service received from Incredible Connection Liberty Mall, Pmb. I ordered a phone and was told that it would be here latest Tuesday and that they would call me. Tuesday comes and no one calls me as yet so I give them a call only to be told that the truck that was transporting my phone has broken down and my phone will be here latest Friday. I'm failing to understand that if it was said to arrive on Tuesday and it's on route and the truck broke down, it shouldn't be too far away from Pmb, so why is the new delivery date Friday???? Also why do I have to call and find out the status when I was told they would call me, this delay should have been relayed to me earlier. So disappointing the level of service one receives from a well known store.
