Mecer SA and Incredible Connection a ****

I bought a laptop at Incredible Connection Westgate shopping centre. I paid full price and it stopped working after 6 months and they don't assist you with issues and the Midrand repair warehouse is just a website and no customer service or customer acknowledgement.
