MECER inverter-****!!!!!! Incredible connection-****!!!!!!!!!!!

I have nothing nice to say about incredible connection ballito and MECER. On the 1st march 2023 we bought a mecer inverter, 2 weeks later we returned it because it wont charge. I feel we should have been reimbursed or at least given a new machine-they refused and said it had to be fixed - after many visits to the store enquiring when we would get the inverter back, they finally gave it back to us 6 MONTHS later, 6 MONTHS !!!! they kept a brand-new dud machine for 6 months. Anyway, by the time they gave us the machine back we had installed solar at the house, so we cannot connect the inverter. Now this year the youngster using the inverter has moved and when connecting the inverter, the thing still doesn't charge again. Again, this inverter was sent to incredible connection. I again have expressed my discontentment and insist they refund me because this R16000 machine is a piece of ****. No one is willing to help and they pass from one to the other and now its the eternal its a year late excuse - WELL WHAT THE F***CK HAPPENED the first month we brought it in? I am just sick to my stomach the way everyone just gets away with everything, there's no accountability or consequences, it's just a free for all and its sickening how we just get abused. what has happened to integrity people?
