Mayhem resolved

I previously posted a complaint about how poorly a sale at the Sandton branch of Incredible Connection had been handled. I am very pleased to advise that Incredible Connection have really gone out of their way to assist me as a result of the time I wasted on that day and I am completely satisfied with how they have retained me as a customer. A problem occurred, it was acknowledged, steps were taken to assist the customer and lessons were learnt by all concerned. The store manager Celeste personally communicated with me and could not have been more friendly and professional. This is what I like to see from companies and retail stores wanting to be world class.
