MALL OF AFRICA incredible connection - ABSOLUTE WORST Customer service!

the customer service at incredible connection MALL OF AFRICA is absolutely atrocious, I’ve been there on 3 occasions in the past 2 weeks and its gets worse everytime you go there, Theres also so many employees but nobody actually helps you.
