Mafikeng mall . Incredible connection

I went to incredible connection Mafikeng mall. I bought power bank , the lady who helped me was on her phone for plus minus 6 minutes while I was standing there , waiting for her to finish so I can pay, when I ask questions about warranty,she will answer just to dismiss me. Then she scanned and left the power bank on the counter with its charger outside the box. And went to chat with her colleagues. The gentleman came and organised everything for me, I’m just shocked as to how did she get hired ? I don’t understand at all. What kind of shi***ty service is this .
